Welcome to Thana — a space of hand-drawn portals, poetic artefacts, and intentional design. Please read the terms below carefully. By browsing or purchasing from thana.world, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Payment

All items are made to order through trusted print partners. Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately. Please double-check your shipping info before confirming — we cannot make changes after payment is completed. Payments are securely processed through Shopify. We do not store or share your payment details.

 

2. Shipping

We ship worldwide via reliable carriers. Estimated delivery time varies by region (see Shipping & Returns). While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues. We are not liable for shipping delays once an order has left our production partner.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

All products are custom printed and made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, contact us at hello@thana.world within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

 

4.Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artworks, illustrations, character designs, writing, graphics, and visual materials featured on this website are original creations by Thana World and are protected under international copyright law from the moment of their creation.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, AI training, or commercial use of these works — in whole or in part — without express written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: copying artwork for merchandise, using illustrations in AI datasets, duplicating designs for resale, or reposting without attribution.

Thana World routinely embeds visible and invisible ownership markers into its digital files, and copyright violations will be pursued legally in accordance with UK and international IP law.

 

 

5. Privacy

We collect only the necessary data to process your orders and improve your experience (see Privacy Policy). We never sell your information.

6. Use of AI in Campaigns

All artwork on this site is hand-drawn. We may use AI tools for storytelling and campaign visuals, but not for the creation of the artworks themselves. These visuals are part of Thana’s dreamworld — reflections, not replacements.
