All Thana products are made to order through trusted production partners. This means every item is produced individually for you after your purchase — allowing for slower, more intentional creation. Please allow time for your piece to be made, prepared, and delivered with care.

 

 

 Fulfilment Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, though this may vary depending on the product and your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait an additional few days (especially during holiday seasons). If the issue persists, contact us at hello@thana.world with your order number and tracking information.

 


 

 

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thana.world with photos of the item and packaging.

 

We will arrange a replacement free of charge.


 

 

Customs & Import Duties
